The path to my perspective

I’ve always been drawn to the systems of how people make sense of their lives.

Long before I was a coach, I studied mathematics. What interested me most even then was the behavior of systems—how patterns form, and how a single, small shift can change an entire outcome.

I eventually brought that same curiosity to inner work. I watched people—intelligent, self-aware, and capable—gain immense insight and yet find themselves back in the same familiar places. It began to feel like the tools we were using were only touching the surface.

I started wondering: What allows change to actually settle?

That question led me to Narrative Coaching and Human Design. Both center on the same truth: each person has a unique language for connecting with the world. For any change to last, it must weave seamlessly into how a person is wired and the narrative they have created so far.

What I found was a way of working that is unforced. It is not about engineering a "better" version of yourself or correcting a story that is "wrong." It is about creating enough space for your lived experience to be seen as it is.

When I share Human Design—especially with those who are not particularly spiritual—the reaction is often one of quiet relief. It feels like permission. It is a confirmation of what they have known, and longed to believe about themselves, for a long time.

In my view, this isn’t a system to believe in; it is a map for recognition.

Together, these tools allow us to work with your story while understanding your design. We move at a pace that honors your integration. Change isn't pushed; it is allowed to emerge from deep within.

I see my role not as directing your life, but as helping you listen more clearly to yourself.

This tends to resonate with those who have realized that more "doing" isn't the answer.

Alignment is.
