A few things you might want to know first

  • This work is for seasons when your life “works on paper,” but some part of you knows it isn’t aligned with how you’re actually wired anymore. You’re sensing that the way you’ve been making decisions, saying yes, and showing up in relationships doesn’t quite fit your natural design—and you want to understand and honor that, without blowing up everything you’ve built.

  • Therapy focuses on diagnosis, treatment, and healing specific mental health concerns. Here, we work with how you’re built to process emotions, make decisions, and relate to others, then explore how that intersects with the narrative of your real life. We’re not treating conditions; we’re looking at where you’ve been living against your design and what becomes possible when your choices, relationships, and responsibilities line up with how you actually function.

  • Sessions are created to feel like a steady, unhurried conversation. You bring whatever is most alive—decisions you’re circling, relationship dynamics, questions about work or next steps. I listen for where you’re acting from conditioning rather than your design, reflect the patterns I see, and suggest small experiments that move you closer to how you’re naturally wired to choose, relate, and use your energy.

  • No. You don’t need any prior knowledge of Human Design. I’ll use your chart in the background to understand things like how you best make decisions, how your energy moves, and what you tend to amplify from others. In our conversations, this shows up as simple language, questions, and experiments that help you experience your own design directly, not as a system you have to study.

  • Because we’re working with emotional patterns, conditioning, and nervous-system habits, this is not a quick fix. I usually recommend an initial three‑month commitment, with sessions weekly or every other week so there’s time to experiment with your design between conversations. Some people complete a specific shift within that window; many stay longer as their awareness deepens and their outer life begins to reconfigure around a truer way of being.

  • Over time, most clients notice that their decisions feel cleaner and less tortured because they’re using a decision process that actually matches their design. Relationships often feel less draining and more honest as they stop taking on roles that aren’t theirs and start honoring their own pacing and needs. Their energy becomes steadier—not because they’re doing more, but because they’re no longer leaking so much effort into ways of operating that go against their nature.

  • Yes—this is especially for you if life is “fine” and still doesn’t feel quite like yours. You might notice that you’re constantly tired in ways that don’t make sense, saying yes when your body says no, or playing out the same patterns in work and relationships. This work offers a language for why that’s happening and a way to realign without needing a dramatic collapse or crisis to justify the change.

  • Most of my clients arrive with a long history of inner work. What tends to be different here is the combination of deep conversation + a precise map of how you are wired. Instead of trying to become a more optimized version of your conditioned self, we look at where your current strategies run against your design and experiment with choices that match your actual makeup. The work is less about adding more insight and more about living from a truer operating system.

  • It is neither and both. We use the mechanics of Human Design (the map) and the principles of Narrative Coaching (the story) to look at the very practical reality of your life. While the results can feel 'spiritual'—in that they bring a sense of deep peace—the process is grounded in observation and experiment

  • Skepticism is welcome. You don’t have to subscribe to any belief system for this to be useful. We’ll use your Human Design as one lens among many to make sense of your patterns, not as a set of rules you must follow. If something in your chart doesn’t resonate, we set it aside; what matters is whether the experiments we try help your life feel more honest and less effortful.

  • There is no 'homework' in the traditional sense. Whatever we end up looking at between sessions is decided on a case-by-case basis. Generally I invite you to hold a few specific questions or 'experiments' in the back of your mind as you go about your normal life. The 'work' is simply noticing how it feels to choose differently

  • For a one-time session, you simply fill out a short form and schedule a call on a date that works for you.

    For longer term work, once you apply or reach out, I’ll look at what you’ve shared and respond within two business days. If I don’t believe I’m the right person—because of timing, support needs, or energetic fit—I’ll say that clearly and, when possible, suggest other directions that might suit you better.

  • Private mentorship typically starts at $1000 per month with weekly 60 minute sessions

    If your circumstances or bandwidth change, we look at that shift through the lens of your design. Our goal is to ensure the work remains honest and sustainable—whether that means adjusting how often we meet or closing the container in a clean, respectful way. While the monthly commitment remains steady to hold the space, the "shape" of how we use that time is always responsive to your reality.

  • Your privacy is central, especially because we’re talking about sensitive decisions, relationships, and patterns. I don’t share identifiable client stories, and I don’t discuss your chart or your process with others. You choose who, if anyone, knows you’re in this mentorship. If I ever wish to reference a de‑identified example from our work, I will ask for your explicit permission first.
