You’ve built something real. You’re ready for deeper alignment, not another thing to learn.

Private mentorship for thoughtful, high-functioning people whose lives work on paper, but no longer feel quite like them. The work is shaped around how you naturally operate - so your decisions, relationships and patterns begin to feel lighter and more grounded.

A brief, no-pressure conversation to see if this is the right kind of support.

  • I’ve worked with coaches before, but Natasha’s approach felt unusually precise. She quickly identified the dynamics I was missing and helped me create a way of making decisions which feels clear instead of heavy and overwhelming

  • I came feeling stuck despite a life that should have felt great. Natasha helped me see patterns I couldn’t recognize alone. The clarity I gained changed how I choose my next steps and interact with others

  • Our conversations helped me hear myself again. Natasha notices subtle patterns quickly and reflects them with remarkable clarity. I left each session feeling lighter, calmer, and far more certain about my next steps.

My approach

Most of my clients aren’t missing information, and they don’t need to try harder or fix themselves. Instead, they need space to hear themselves clearly enough to trust what they already know.

My work is about staying close to who you actually are and how you naturally move through the world — listening for the story that’s been there all along, even when it got quiet or obscured.

Over time, this tends to build a deep trust in your own decisions, your energy, and your timing. Life doesn’t necessarily become simpler, but it often becomes clearer.

This work draws from Human Design and narrative-based coaching as practical lenses for understanding how you’re wired, and for gently exploring the story you’re living and shaping.

When This Work Feels Supportive

  • We create a space to understand how your clarity actually arrives, and to begin trusting that process.
Over time, decisions tend to feel more steady, clear, and more your own.

  • This work takes a different look at what you’re moving toward and why.
To listen for what feels true now and what is no longer aligned.

  • Explore how each person is wired to process, express, and connect.
With understanding come new ways those differences can coexist with more ease.

  • Create a moment to notice the story that is unfolding and to understand how you are designed to move through change.

If you recognize yourself in any of these, private mentorship may be a fit.

This work is

an ongoing conversation

honest exploration of what resonates and what doesn’t

space for reflection and thoughtful alignment

This work is not

therapy or crisis support

a quick-fix or motivational program

ready solutions or step-by-step methods

If in the process of working together it becomes clear that another kind of support would serve you better, I’ll say that clearly.

If you’re currently in acute distress or needing clinical support, a licensed therapist is a better fit. Coaching can complement therapy, but does not replace it.

Ways to work together

  • Private Mentorship 1:1

    Most people begin here
For seasons when you’re ready to live from your own inner authority, not expectations—around goals, decisions, and relationships.

  • Relationships and family

Support for families and relationships of any kind where there is a desire to understand each person’s individual makeup and the role those differences play

  • Groups and events

Thoughtful group experiences for connection, learning, and shared moments — suitable for gatherings and team events

  • Teams and leadership

For thoughtful leaders and teams who want clearer communication and more natural role alignment through flow, not effort

A PLACE TO START

When you’re noticing familiar patterns, repeating friction, or a sense that something needs to shift — even if you can’t name it yet.

Share a little about where you are. I’ll respond within two business days with next steps or honest guidance if I’m not the right fit.
